PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & DIGITAL DELIVERY

12. PAYMENTS & BILLING

• All prices are listed in USD currency unless otherwise stated

• Payments are processed through third-party providers

• We do not store full payment details

• You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information

Failure to process payment may result in suspended access.

13. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS — NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, tools, applications, and downloadable content:

All sales are final.
Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds will be issued, unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

14. COACHING, SESSIONS & LIVE SERVICES

For scheduled services:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled once, at our discretion

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend result in forfeiture

• No refunds are provided once a service has been delivered

15. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal

• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

• No prorated or retroactive refunds are provided

16. DIGITAL DELIVERY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content may be delivered immediately

• Access constitutes fulfillment of delivery

• You waive any statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law

17. CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access

• Loss of associated content, data, or services

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, ADVERTISERS & CONTRIBUTORS

18. PLATFORM CONTENT & ADVERTISING

The Services may allow third parties to publish content, advertise, promote services, or interact with users (“Third-Party Providers”).

By participating as a Third-Party Provider, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your content, claims, offers, and services

• ProFound Business Solutions does not endorse or guarantee third-party content or outcomes

• Any transaction or relationship formed is strictly between you and the end user

• You must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProFound Business Solutions from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your content, services, or conduct

ProFound Business Solutions reserves the right to remove or restrict third-party content at its sole discretion.
